Ayurvedic consultation at Serenity

If this is your first time with us, you don't need to know exactly which treatment to choose. At Serenity, we will expertly guide you based on your current condition and your body's needs.

If you are hesitant or dealing with specific difficulties, we recommend starting with an initial diagnosis with an Ayurvedic doctor.

02. Process

What to expect?

Reception and environment of Serenity center
  • Arrival: Ideally, arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare in peace.
  • Brief consultation: Before the procedure, the therapist will discuss your current condition, needs, and any limitations with you.
  • Procedure: Throughout your visit, we respect your boundaries, comfort, and individual needs.
  • After the procedure: We provide space for hydration, changing, and a peaceful end to your visit.

03. Preparation

What to bring?

Preparation for a visit to the Ayurvedic center Serenity
  • Comfortable and loose clothing that you will feel pleasant in after the procedure.
  • Results of previous examinations or medical reports if you are dealing with a specific health issue.
  • Information about allergies, medications taken, pregnancy, or other health restrictions.
On the day of the procedure, we recommend eating lighter meals and avoiding very heavy meals just before your visit.

Dr. Robin Raju speaks fluent Slovak. For visiting doctors from abroad, we provide translation so that you understand all recommendations and can feel comfortable and secure during the consultation.
