How do I book a massage or treatment?
You can make a reservation online through our booking system Bookio, via email, or by phone.
Where can I find the schedule for treatments and yoga?
The current schedule can be found in the booking system and in the Yoga and Exercises section of our website.
Is a diagnosis required before treatments?
Diagnosis is not mandatory, but it is recommended if you want a personalized care plan.
Is the diagnosis conducted in English?
Yes, the diagnosis is conducted in Slovak. For selected consultations, interpretation is provided as needed.
Do I need to bring anything for the classes?
We have everything you need available – mats, yoga blocks, cushions, and blankets. If you have your favorite mat or accessories, feel free to bring them.
How should I prepare for a massage or treatment?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early, choosing a light meal on the day of the treatment, and allowing yourself more rest afterward. If you are addressing a specific issue, please bring your test results (e.g., blood tests).
What are the payment options?
Payment for services is possible by card and in cash. For classes, payment is currently possible only in cash.
Where can I park?
You can park directly in front of the building and on the street nearby. More details and orientation maps can be found in the Our Center section.
What is the price for a 14-day Panchakarma and what does it include?
The price of Panchakarma depends on individual settings. It usually includes diagnosis, treatments, herbal preparations, and medical supervision. Please contact us for an exact price quote.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased for any service or in any value – through our e-shop, Bookio, or by email.
Can I use a gift voucher for a diagnosis?
Yes, gift vouchers can also be used for an initial diagnosis with a doctor.
