How do I book a massage or treatment?
You can make a reservation online through our booking system Bookio , via email or by phone .
Where can I find the schedule of treatments and yoga?
You can find the current schedule in the reservation system and in the Yoga and Exercises section on our website.
Is diagnosis necessary before procedures?
Diagnostics is not mandatory, but is recommended if you want an individually tailored care procedure.
Is the diagnosis carried out in Slovak?
Yes, diagnostics are conducted in Slovak . Interpretation is provided for selected consultations as needed.
Do I need to bring anything for practice?
We have everything you need available - mats, yoga blocks, pillows and blankets . If you have your favorite mat or equipment, feel free to bring them.
How should I prepare for a massage or procedure?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early, choosing a lighter meal on the day of the procedure, and taking more rest after the visit. If you are dealing with a specific problem, please bring the results of any tests (e.g. blood tests).
What are the payment options?
Payment for services is possible by card or in cash . For exercises, payment is currently only possible in cash .
Where can I park?
You can park directly in front of the building or on the street nearby . More details and orientation maps can be found in the Contact section.
What is the price for a 14-day Panchakarma and what does it include?
The price of Panchakarma depends on the individual setting. It usually includes diagnostics, procedures, herbal remedies and medical supervision. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased for any service or in any value – via our e-shop , Bookio or by email .
Can I also use a gift voucher for diagnostics?
Yes, gift vouchers can also be used for initial diagnostics with a doctor .
What if I'm late or need to change the date?
If you need to change the date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
