GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Parties: AIVIL s.r.o. (Operator) and the Client

  • Agreement: Reservation made via phone, email, in-person or through Bookio

  • Services: Massages, rituals, doctor consultations, blood samples, yoga

  • Loyalty Card: Every 10th procedure free

  • Product: Goods purchased in-person or via e-shop

2. CONTRACT FORMATION

  • Agreement formed upon confirmation by the Operator

  • Client must inform the Operator of their health condition

  • No-shows without 24h notice are charged fully

3. SERVICE RULES

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early

  • Delay shortens procedure accordingly

  • No alcohol or drugs allowed

  • No entry for persons with viral/infectious conditions

  • Allergies, pregnancy or health limitations must be reported

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices listed online or at the reception

  • Operator may require prepayment

  • Every 10th procedure free with loyalty card

  • Bookio reservations are binding after confirmation

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations allowed at least 24h in advance

  • Late cancellations result in lost appointment with no refund

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Available at reception or online

  • Validity date stated on the voucher

  • Not redeemable for cash

7. MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS

  • Performed in cooperation with UniLab

  • Client must follow staff instructions

8. E-SHOP SALES

  • Products available online (candles, clothing, etc.)

  • Delivery within 5 business days unless otherwise stated

  • Claims: Must be made within 14 days by email

  • Returns: Unused items may be returned within 14 days; return costs borne by client

  • Disclaimer: We are not liable for misuse of products

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • These T&Cs are valid from the date of publication

  • Operator reserves the right to amend them

  • Client confirms agreement with these terms by booking or purchasing
