Every Ayurvedic treatment program begins with a diagnostic consultation led by an Ayurvedic specialist.

The consultation includes a comprehensive analysis of your body — pulse reading, examination of the eyes, tongue, and spine — as well as questions about your lifestyle, diet, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Through this assessment, the doctor determines the current balance of your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and identifies any potential imbalances.

At Serenity, diagnostics are most often carried out by Dr. Robin Raju, who has been living in Slovakia for many years and communicates fluently in Slovak.
Once a month, we also host Dr. Anil Prasanna Kumar from Switzerland, an Ayurvedic expert specializing in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods. During his consultations, a translator is present to ensure the session runs smoothly and naturally.

Based on the diagnosis, the doctor recommends a personalized treatment plan that may include massages, therapies, dietary adjustments, physical activity, and mental practices.
You will also receive individually prepared herbal oils and remedies tailored to your constitution and current needs.

The result is strengthened immunity, improved overall health, and a renewed harmony of body, mind, and soul.
