Gift voucher - pick your own selection

Give the recipient the opportunity to choose an experience according to their own wishes. They can use the gift voucher for services or products from the current SERENITY center offer.

The voucher includes:

• credit in the amount of €35, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, or 500, depending on the chosen variant,
• the choice of service or product left to the recipient,
• the possibility of gradual redemption until the value is exhausted during the voucher's validity period,
• the possibility to pay the difference if the selected service or product costs more.

We track the remaining balance on the voucher. It cannot be exchanged for cash; legal rights to a refund remain unaffected.

You can choose to receive the voucher in electronic or printed form. We send electronic vouchers via email, and we prepare printed ones for personal pickup at the SERENITY center in Ivanka pri Dunaji, usually within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Please include a personal dedication in the order notes in the shopping cart if you wish to add one.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is stated on it. The recipient should book their visit in advance.
