Ayurvedic treatment - Shirodhara + Shiro Abhyanga

Gift the recipient an hour of Ayurvedic head and shoulder care.

Shiro Abhyanga is a head and shoulder massage where the therapist works directly with touch. During Shirodhara, the recipient rests lying down while oil flows gently and continuously onto their forehead. Both parts focus on the head area, yet each offers a different type of care.

The voucher includes:

• a Shirodhara treatment with a continuous stream of oil poured onto the forehead,
• a Shiro Abhyanga head and shoulder massage,
• a total of 60 minutes of treatments.

You can choose the voucher in either electronic or printed form. We send the electronic version via email, and we prepare the printed version for personal pickup at the SERENITY center in Ivanka pri Dunaji, typically within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Please include your personal dedication in the notes section of your cart if you wish to add one.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is specified on it. The recipient books their appointment in advance.
